Experienced-

We have lived in the Boulder area for over 30 years and have been nationally recognized award winning Realtors for over 10 years with Coldwell Banker.  We have helped our clients buy and sell over 250 homes and $100 million in sales.

We are Certified Relocation Specialists and hold many different designations including EcoBroker, Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Advanced Buyer Representation (ABR), and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Prior to becoming Realtors, both Scott and Stuart were engaged in the high tech industry with responsibilities that included sales, marketing, business development and information technology management for major corporate companies.  As former business executives, we have developed the skills necessary to assist our real estate clients far more effectively than our peers. 

The Boulder Team-

In 2004, Scott and Stuart created a business partnership — The Boulder Team.  Our objective was to provide our clients with a higher level of service, more consistent communications and more in-depth analysis.  Unlike many other 'teams' -- Scott and Stuart both work with all of our clients -- we don't hand-off a client to different people for different tasks -- we are both with you through all the steps of either buying or selling real estate.
